1. Any booking for from Monday till Thursday will get a discount 10% from above rates except made on during
Thai public holiday or peak season (29/12/2010-3/1/2011, 11/4/2011-17/4/2011) and are inclusively for direct reservation with Thapae Boutique House only.
2. Room rates are inclusive 7% government tax, ABF and Wifi internet free and are applicable for either single/double stay.
3. Extra Bed for Third person (except for child under 8 years) prices 550 Baht for all rooms type except Superior type.
4. All above rates are subject to change without prior notice and subject to final confirmation.
5. Cancellation of guaranteed booking must be made at least 72 hours in advance prior to the date of arrival.
6. No-show or cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged 1 night at agreed rate.
7. All advance deposit made need confirmation of room availability back from Thapae Boutique House,
in case if no availablity, we'll refund back within 48 hours.
