Hotel-Policy

1. Small pets (no more than 4kg) are allowed.

Guests agree to pay the hotel any charges for any necessary cleaning / repair due to pet damage which will be at the hotel's discretion. Guests are also responsible for the noise the pet creates and must ensure that the pet does not disrupt other hotel guests. Should the hotel determine that the pet is objectionable to other hotel guests then the guest will be asked to make other arrangements for the pet immediately.

2. A deposit of at least 50% of the reservation is required to confirm booking.
For overseas payments, please kindly deposit 50% via PayPal through email : chanaratw@gmail.com with the rest payable at check-in.
For domestic payments, please kindly deposit 50% or full amount by TT or ATM transfer to either account:
 

For ATM transfers please specify mobile no 089 6320532 when requested for acknowledgement SMS, or fax the receipt to 053 206168
Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of funds.

3. In case your booking period is between long holiday such as 23rd December 2010 - 3rd January 2011 or 9th - 18th April 2011, please kindly don't pay any till get a confirmation of room availability from our staff by send an enquiry to sales@thapaeboutiquehouse.com, we'll come back to you within 24 hours.
